Delivery Time

  • E-scooters in stock: 3–5 business days
  • Accessories: 1–2 business days (parcel shipping)
  • Pre-orders: expected delivery date shared, with weekly updates

Delivery & Pickup

  • Home delivery NL: €99 – scheduled delivery appointment
  • Pickup: by appointment in Babberich, including final check & explanation
  • Transport: always insured

Ready to Ride

Your BlitzBikes M1 is fully assembled and road-ready: 20-point safety inspection, license plate & paperwork (EU-COC / RDW approved).

Damage on Delivery

Please check your order upon receipt. Report any transport damage immediately (with photos) so we can solve it right away.

Shipping Area

Standard: Netherlands. Belgium upon request.

1. Your Order

After your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation right away. A dedicated contact person will be assigned.

2. Preparing Your Bike

We fully prepare your BlitzBikes Cruiser: full assembly, 20-point safety check, and paperwork (incl. COC/license).

3. Appointment

Once everything is ready, we’ll proactively contact you to plan:

  • Pickup at our location (check & explanation)
  • Home delivery NL €99 – scheduled with time window and phone confirmation

4. Delivery & Updates

  • In stock: 3–5 business days
  • Pre-orders: estimated week + weekly update
  • Status emails: processing → ready → shipped/pickup ready

5. Transport & Receipt

Shipping is insured. In case of transport damage, report it upon delivery – we’ll take care of it immediately.
