1. Your Order
After placing your order, you’ll immediately receive an email confirmation. A dedicated contact person will be assigned to you.
2. Ready to Ride
We prepare your BlitzBikes Cruiser completely: full assembly, 20-point safety check and paperwork (incl. COC/license plate).
3. Appointment
Once everything is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule:
- Pick-up at our location (including final check and explanation)
- Home delivery in the Netherlands for € 99 – scheduled with a time slot and phone confirmation
4. Delivery Time & Updates
- In stock: usually 3-5 working days
- Back-order: you receive an estimated week of delivery + weekly updates
- Status emails: processing → ready → shipped / ready for pickup
5. Transport & Receipt
Shipping is insured. If you receive any transport damage, report it upon delivery – we’ll solve it immediately (repair or replacement).
