Refund Policy

1. Your Order

After placing your order, you’ll immediately receive an email confirmation. A dedicated contact person will be assigned to you.

2. Ready to Ride

We prepare your BlitzBikes Cruiser completely: full assembly, 20-point safety check and paperwork (incl. COC/license plate).

3. Scheduling

Once everything is ready, we contact you proactively to plan:

• Pick-up at our location (final check & short explanation)
• Home delivery in the Netherlands (€99) – scheduled with a time slot and phone confirmation

4. Delivery Time & Updates

• In stock: usually 3–5 business days
• Pre-orders: we’ll provide an estimated delivery week and keep you updated weekly
• Status emails: processing → ready → shipped/pickup available

5. Transport & Receipt

Shipping is insured. In case of transport damage, report it upon delivery – we’ll solve it immediately (repair or replacement).
